  • I received feedback from interviews that people usually use the same trucker who did the pre-pull for the final delivery. I didn’t incorporate this in my initial design. After receiving the feedback, I iterated on the design and included a list of all available truckers along with their storage charges.


  • Even though I understand how logistics works, it’s easy to overlook certain details during the design process. That’s why it’s essential to get feedback from target users.
